Steps and Ingredients

Ingredients: ‏‏ -1 cup sushi rice -2 cups water -1 tbsp rice vinegar -4 sheets of nori (seaweed) -1 cucumber, sliced into thin strips -1 avocado, sliced thin -Soy sauce (for dipping) ‏‏ ‎ ‎ Steps: ‏‏ 1. Rinse the rice, then cook it with water until tender. Let it cool, then mix in the rice vinegar. 2. Make the sushi roll by laying a sheet of nori on a flat surface, spreading a thin layer of rice over it, adding a few cucumber and avocado slices across the middle, and rolling up the nori tightly. 3. Cut into pieces and dip in soy sauce.
