Ingredients: ‏‏ -1 tbsp butter -1/2 lb frozen Delmonico (rib-eye) steak -1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or to taste) -1 tsp meat tenderizer -1 clove garlic, minced -Salt and black pepper, to taste ‏‏ ‏‏ ‎Steps: ‏‏ 1. Preheat the oven to broil. 2. Season one side of the frozen steak with half the butter, Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the steak on a roasting pan. 3. Broil for 6-8 minutes. 4. Remove the steak, flip it, and season the other side with the remaining butter, Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer, garlic, salt, and pepper. 5. Broil for an additional 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
