Ingredients: ‏‏ - 5 – 6 oz fish filets, about 1.5cm / 1/2″ thick, skinless and boneless - 50g / 4 tbsp unsalted butter - 1/4 cup cream, heavy / thickened - 1 – 2 garlic cloves, minced - Fresh parsley and lemon slices, to serve - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 1/2 tbsp shallots (French onion), finely chopped - 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice - Salt & pepper ‏‏ ‎ ‎ Steps: ‏‏ 1. Put 4 tbsp unsalted butter, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, ¼ cup cream, 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper in a measuring cup. 2. Microwave 3. Stir 4. Get fillet fish 5. Coat both sides of fish with salt and pepper 6. Sprinkle 1 ½ tbsp shallots on the fish 7. Pour the sauce from the measuring cup onto the fish 8. Preheat oven to 390 F 9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish is cooked 10. Sprinkle parsley until liking
