Ingredients: ‏‏ -2 tbsp vegetable oil -1 onion peeled and diced -2 cloves garlic peeled and minced -800 g (4 cups) boiled and cooled long-grain rice (this is about 1 1/3 cups (300g) dried rice that has been boiled in water) -½ tbsp sesame oil -2 eggs -2 tbsp dark soy sauce -¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp garlic salt 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh or bottled is fine) ‏‏ ‏‏ ‎Steps: ‏‏ 1. First you need to dice some onions and shallots and put them in the pan with some hot peanut oil. 2. Then put some day-old rice and make sure that it turns hot. 3. Then you have to put eggs in the midland mix it with the day old rice and onion and put the soy sauce and diced garlic in. 4. Sprinkle some dried fish or onion on the top for design
