Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Set aside. 3. In the same skillet, stir-fry 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 2 cloves minced garlic for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add 1 diced tomato and 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste (if using) to the skillet, and cook for 2 more minutes. 5. Return the beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and heat for 1 minute. 6. Serve the dish over cooked white rice, top with French fries, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
