Ingredients: ‏‏ - 1 lb beef strips - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp red wine vinegar - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tsp ground cumin - Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 1 medium onion, sliced - 1 bell pepper, sliced - 1 tomato, diced - 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste (optional) - Cooked white rice (for serving) - French fries (for serving) - Fresh cilantro (for garnish) ‎ ‎ Steps: ‏‏ 1. Marinate 1 lb beef strips in a mixture of 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp cumin, salt, and pepper for 15-30 minutes. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Set aside. 3. In the same skillet, stir-fry 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 2 cloves minced garlic for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add 1 diced tomato and 1 tbsp aji amarillo paste (if using) to the skillet, and cook for 2 more minutes. 5. Return the beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and heat for 1 minute. 6. Serve the dish over cooked white rice, top with French fries, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
